Take 15-30 drops, 1-3 times per day. Can be taken directly, or added to water or juice.
This Calendula was harvested by me on my 36 acre homestead and tincture shortly after harvesting with a 80 proof alcohol. It was shaken daily and left to infuse for a minimum of 6 weeks.
It was made using the flowers and harvested during peak energy production time. I practice the 20% rule while foraging making sure to leave plenty of flowers for the bees and other bugs to enjoy
